5 km walk- for beginners - This is for those who have never really exercised before.
5 km walk- intermediate - This is for those who walk and exercise some.
5 km walk- beginner/ short version - This is for those who don't begin training until July 1, 2008
5 km run- beginners - This is for those who have never really run before.
5 km run- intermediate - This is for those who run some.
5 km run- advanced - This is for those who run often and are looking to improve their 5 km time.
10 km run- beginners - This is for those who have never run more than 2 or 3 miles.
10 km run - intermediate - This is for those who run more than 2-3 miles occasionally.
10 km run - advanced - This is for those who run often and are looking to improve their 10 km time.
Congratulations on accepting the Teller County Chiropractic Challenge.  We hope that you enjoy the experience and reach your personal goal, whether that is to lose weight, improve your fitness, improve your 5 km or 10 km time or have some fun with your friends and family.  We have put together information to help you succeed at whatever your goal is; available to you free of charge are 10 week training schedules, a 5 week program for the 5km walk, and a tip sheet with advice for your training.

Please note- Visiting our website does not register you for the Mayor's Cup.  Registration will be avaiable at Teller County Chiropractic or through the Woodland Park Parks and Recreation Department (719-687-5225)

Mayor's Cup Pre- Registration Fee:  $20  /  Race Day Registration Fee: $25

The Mayor's Cup offers the choice in competing in a 5 km walk or a 5 km or 10 km run.

                                   5 km = 3.1 miles     10 km = 6.2 miles

Training has been developed for all levels. Most of the training Calendars begin on June 1, 2009. You can choose from the following training calendars:

Tips and Advice-
